Supervising student theses is a significant part of our job as scientific staff that can be incredibly rewarding but also difficult. In this talk & adjoining discussion, Benjamin Berghaus and Dominik Schwizer - who have been researching student theses for quite some time - want to introduce you to unusual perspectives onto the thesis, think about whether the current thesis experience is all it can be and how it could be improved.
